When I started CrossFit 7-8 years ago, I also perceived it probably like everyone who had not encountered it yet. I didn't know what it was. Men and women were hanging on rings, running, jumping… It was a challenge that we all look for sometimes. After a while, when I managed to open the first gym, I found out that CrossFit is not just about exercise at all. I began to realize that the longer we train CrossFit, the more we talk about CrossFit - EVERYWHERE. At coffee, in the pub over a beer, on the tram, at a barbecue. Simply everywhere where at least 4 eyes and two mouths meet.
Here I understood that it is no longer just about training. We met regularly. Sometimes after training we went for ice cream together and suddenly I had friends who share everything with me.
It became a lifestyle. I started eating healthier, we all wore CrossFit T-shirts, sneakers, even to work. What a benefit??? I feel better, I can do more, because CrossFit prepares me for strength and conditioning. I can handle stress at work because I have the will to finish every single workout. The power of will wins, the head is stronger and therefore I know that:
CrossFit can change a person for the better. Introverts become extroverts. Those who have no friends suddenly have so many that they can choose who to go for coffee with. Problems are no longer unsolvable…
Few benefits?
CrossFit is not difficult. CrossFit has long not been about SUPER ATHLETES. CrossFit is about coming to Falcon to have fun. To relax from work and no coach can force me to perform. This will never happen here, we have been building on that for a long time. We will approach everyone personally. If it happens that someone has the ambition to compete, we will be happy to support him/her.
Even 70-year-old people go to CrossFit Senec, you know what they did after the long break that was at the beginning of this year? They hugged me and were happy to be back. And me?? I had tears in my eyes because… So much energy and satisfaction... That's exactly why we do it. That's why we provide a space for everyone to feel good. We provide a space for a person to change. The opportunity to make your life better. Because that's what CrossFit is about. It's for everyone, for my wife, my sister, my mom and my dad. Also for your mom or even your grandma. Everyone will feel good here. CrossFit will become your lifestyle. At Sunday lunch, you will talk with your wife about how many squats or pull-ups she did. If you didn't get along before, now you will have a new common language.
1. It goes without saying that you will only find the best people here - COACHES.
Those who understand that you had a hard day at work and therefore will not push you into anything. They will be qualified to create the atmosphere for which CrossFit Senec is known. Therefore, they do not need a degree or special education. We will train them and always support them in their further education. They will inspire and motivate you during training and approach you individually.
2. You will all have your own space of more than 1000m2.
Enough equipment for everyone. 20 squat racks and an 8m rope climb for those who are not afraid of heights :).
3. Many training options and several trainings during the day.
We were the first to start with Ladies Power and all these trainings are regularly full. Longevity in Motion is also our project, where seniors exercise, and there are currently 16 of them in CrossFit Senec. We started the BURN program a year ago. It is not necessary to do an On Ramp course here and this program is mainly dedicated to burning calories. We also work with children. We try to teach them basic movements, work on their coordination, on their reactions, so that they can use all this in sports as well. Other programs such as gymnastics and CrossFit are a matter of course.

4. An integral part will be the Wodify application, which will serve you for logging into trainings. This application is also your training diary.
Everything is stored online and you no longer have to think about how much you squatted last time, or in what time you did a workout. You have your own profile with a photo, you can record your diet and send it to your coach for review. No whiteboards. You can write down your performance directly in class via screens and a computer. You can see exactly how many entries you have used, and also which friends you will meet at training. And of course it all works like social networks. You can comment and like performances. Together with Wodify, you will celebrate your every personal record.
5. We think you deserve to know as much information about us as possible, and therefore the prices for our services should also be transparent.
You should know exactly how much it will cost you. So you will not experience any deception with us. No manipulation. Prices will always be online on the web.
