Want to start but don't know where and how?
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. It can be used to achieve any goal, from improving health to losing weight to better performance. The program works for everyone, from people just starting out to people who have been training for years.
We provide a space for everyone to feel good. We provide a space for a person to change. The opportunity to make your life better. Because that's what CrossFit is about. It's for everyone. Everyone will feel good here. CrossFit will become your lifestyle and your path.
1. CrossFit Basics
Just open the door and choose the membership that suits you. We will place you in a training group where you will improve your fitness and gradually learn new exercises. These trainings are mainly for beginners, but also for those who need to improve their technique more. You will learn everything smoothly and without pressure.
2. The end of the problem: what will I train today?
Everyone has experienced a situation where you come to the fitness center and suddenly realize you don't know what to train and often you don't even know how. You don't have to worry about this problem with us. For each day, you have a written training where it is precisely written what and how to train. If you don't understand something, don't hesitate to ask the present coach who will be happy to explain everything to you.
3. Coach
Group trainings are always led by a coach who supervises the correct technique, explains everything you don't understand in the given training, and last but not least, encourages you and others to perform better.
4. Community
WE ARE FAMILY !!! We simply form a group of people united by a love of movement and sport as such. Everyone knows your name and will always willingly support and encourage you during training. The community is the main reason why we all meet every day and train together. Having fun during training is a common thing for us!
5. Physical fitness
The way we train will thoroughly satisfy you in all areas. You will gain strength, shape your body and be able to do things you would never have thought you could do. Of course, it depends on you how often you visit us, because this is what determines how quickly you will progress.
6. Progress tracking system
Have you ever forgotten how many kilos you can squat or how many pull-ups you did at most at once?
That has probably happened to everyone, but with us you can forget about it. Here, our electronic WODIFY system will remember it for you, where you will record your performance after each training. Our system also has a mobile application so you can view your performance data anywhere and anytime. Among other things, the training that awaits you on that day will be displayed or you can consult nutrition and other things with our coaches through this application.
