  • Our Hyrox workouts at Falcon 1 CrossFit will be a combination of intense running and a variety of functional exercises designed to improve your strength, endurance and overall fitness.
  • Each workout will include short distance running interspersed with exercises such as rowing, lunges, pushing and pulling weights, and carrying dumbbells.
  • The workouts will be led by experienced coaches who will support and motivate you.
  • These workouts are also ideal for those who don't want to train with heavy Olympic weights and like to run.
